Hospitalist Post-Acute Physician
About the role
The Parker Jewish Institute for Healthcare and Rehabilitation, located in New Hyde Park, NY, is seeking a full-time Physician to join our team of dedicated specialists working in the Medical Department.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the delivery of appropriate, adequate, compassionate and quality medical care of Parker's residents in coordination with other members of the health care team.
Requirements
- Two (2) or more years of experience as an Attending Physician in a hospital with a geriatric population; or within a nursing home environment
- A medical degree from an accredited medical school
- NYS Board certification in a primary care specialty
- Completion of residency in Internal Medicine
- Eligibility for hospital admitting privileges
- Clean and active license to practice medicine in New York State
- Proficient in SigmaCare or a similar Electronic Medical Record software
