Hospitalist Physician | Remote

Position: Hospitalist Physician Type: Contract Compensation: $100 - $120/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week Role Responsibilities Review medical records, including FHIR data and clinical notes for AI Training.Check whether clinical information and claims are supported by the medical record.Review inpatient documentation, including HPI, PMH, assessments, and plans.Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information in medical records.Share feedback to help improve AI models and data quality.Communicate clearly with the project team about your work and findings. Requirements MD or DO, board certified in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Hospital Medicine.Strong relevant experience in inpatient/hospitalist settings.Strong understanding of inpatient documentation and hospital workflows.Comfortable reviewing clinical notes and raw medical record data.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clear guidelines consistently.Experience with chart review, clinical documentation improvement, utilization review, or medical coding/QA is a plus.
