About the role
Bring Better to the Bedside as a Hospitalist Physician Assistant in Grand Blanc, Michigan at Henry Ford Genesys Hospital. We believe in bringing "better" to our local community — better care, better collaboration, and a deep commitment to the people we serve. Local Team Collaboration: become part of a close-knit team of 16 physicians and 3 advanced practitioners with the support of a clinical performance nurse and practice coordinator. Monthly team meetings and internal staff meetings update the team on initiatives, discuss barriers, and highlight providers making a difference. Responsibilities
- Handle admissions.
- Work independently alongside physicians.
- No procedures are required in this role.
- Utilize the electronic records system (EMR).
Qualifications
- Board‑certified/eligible physician assistant.
- Prior Hospitalist experience encouraged.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Schedule
Full‑time admissions position with a 7‑days‑on, 7‑days‑off rotation. Shifts are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
