The successful candidate will oversee and administer the continuum of hospital care from the time the patient is admitted until the time of discharge. This includes patient care and leadership related to hospital care, as well as carrying out medical policies established by Asante Health System. The candidate may manage many aspects of a patient’s hospital care, such as process management, communications among other physicians involved in the patient’s care, discharge planning, and patient/family communications.
- Experience: Current or recent experience in hospital medicine with experience and comfort in caring for patients in the area of specialty.
- Education: Graduation from an approved ACGME-accredited OB/GYN Residency program.
- Certification/Licensure: Basic Life Support (BLS) for the Healthcare Provider, certified by the American Heart Association; Board Eligible/Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology; Current unrestricted MD/DO license by the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners.
Total Rewards:
- Compensation: Annual base salary of $383,000, with a minimum work requirement of ninety-one 24-hour shifts per year. Compensated for any additional shifts worked.
- Sign-on bonus: $50,000.
- Relocation assistance: Up to $15,000.
- CME Allowance: Up to $5,000.
