Hospital Overview
St. Luke's Baptist Hospital has provided the San Antonio community with quality, compassionate care in the South Texas Medical Center since 1978. Ranked a U.S. News and World Report Best Hospital for 2013-14, Emergent PCI and Neurosurgery services are available onsite. Excellent specialty coverage (Neurosurgery) is available across the five hospitals in San Antonio's Baptist Health System, along with Adult and Geriatric Psychiatric facilities. ED Physicians enjoy a simple "one call" system for admissions and transfers.

- 6 Physician/4 APP provider Hospitalist team
- Overnight APP coverage with remote Physician support

About the Role
As a Hospitalist Medical Director with USACS, you'll be responsible for managing Hospitalist medicine services by collaborating with the hospital and nursing leadership while offering support to your Physician staff. As a leader for both the hospital and USACS, you will influence broad company decisions and help facilitate the development of new leaders. Responsibilities
- Oversee Hospitalist service operations
- Supervise HM staff, per the bylaws, policies and procedures of the institution
- Represent the staff in the community and within the hospital
