Hospitalist - Jefferson Health

Job Description

Provide direct inpatient care and manage hospitalized adult patients.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and continuous care.
Participate in clinical rounds, patient consultations, and discharge planning.
Document clinical care in a timely and accurate manner using EPIC EMR.
Engage in quality improvement initiatives and departmental meetings.
Supervise and educate residents or advanced practice providers (as applicable).
