Hospitalist

About the role

Join a well-established OB Hospitalist team at a Level III Perinatal Center with NICU, providing high-acuity obstetric care in a shift-based, inpatient role with no outpatient duties.

Responsibilities

• Managing approximately 1,800 deliveries annually and overseeing OBED visits
• Providing care in a dedicated 24/7 OB Emergency Department
• Collaborating with in-house OB anesthesia, CRNA, Neonatology, and MFM support
• Supporting VBACs and performing primary C-sections within a non-LDRP model
• Teaching Family Medicine residents in a team-oriented environment

Requirements

• Board-Certified OB/GYN
• Experience in high-acuity obstetrics preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting

Schedule

Full-time or PRN shifts, built 3 months in advance.
