Hospitalist - Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA)

Overview

Prime Healthcare is seeking a dedicated, high-energy Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their inpatient medicine team at St. Mary's Hospital in Kankakee, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Manage adult inpatient care, admissions, rounding, discharges, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Work alongside experienced physicians, advanced practice providers, and a supportive medical staff in a hospital under Prime Healthcare's resources and commitment to clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois NP or PA license
• Active DEA license
• BLS/ACLS certification
• At least one year of inpatient experience

Pay

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $120,000.00 to $140,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
