Hospital Service Rep (Third Shift)

Principal Accountability

Reporting to the Manager of Shift Operations, and under the direction of the Shift Supervisor, the Hospital Service Representative (HSR) is responsible for performing the distribution functions during the assigned shift.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy in all unit transactions.
• Adhere to all regulations and procedures governing the issuance, storage, and transportation of blood products.
• Maintain an excellent driving record.
• Present a professional appearance.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail.
• Lift up to 40 pounds.
• Possess above-average customer service and communication skills.
• Maintain regular full-time attendance during office hours.

Schedule

Monday – Thursday, 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM
