Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement of 18
- High School diploma or equivalent (dependent on state regulatory requirements)
- Completion of a phlebotomy program or phlebotomy experience
- Phlebotomy certification as defined by state regulations
- Basic knowledge of department resource materials
Skills
- Follows established methods and practices
- Maintains familiarity with departmental procedures
- Uses appropriate documentation to record communications
- Completes documents legibly and accurately per site protocol
- Meets departmental standards for productivity and quality as currently defined

- Experienced (3yrs - 11+ yrs): $21.07 - $23.36, depending on experience
