Hospital Medicine Physician (Swing Shifts)

Qualifications

• Ability to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care
• Board Certified/board eligible in internal medicine or family medicine
• Proudly sponsors H1B visa candidates and provides in-house visa specialists, licensing, and credentialing support

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient care in a closed ICU environment
• Focus on rounding and admitting patients
• Be part of the Rapid Response team for your patients
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required
• Collaborate with the hospitalist Director on performance improvement initiatives
• Participate in monthly hospitalist team meetings
• Focus on delivering high-quality care while benefiting from a flexible schedule
• Work closely with hospital colleagues across departments, serving on committees and contributing to hospital-wide initiatives like reducing hospital-acquired infections (HAIs)
• Utilize Epic EMR system

Schedule

Swing shift hours 1 am - 11 pm and 2 pm - 2 am. Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation. Opportunity for moonlighting.
