Local Team Collaboration

  • Join our local team of 5 hospital medicine physicians plus a medical director.
  • We are an integral part of our hospital community and a valued strategic partner, maintaining great relationships with hospital leadership and providing Emergency Medicine services in addition to Hospital medicine.
  • Our team actively participates in committees and leadership roles to support quality and process improvement.
  • Outside of work, we come together for social events to celebrate special occasions and share common interests like food and sports.

Qualifications

  • Board-certified/eligible in internal medicine. Family medicine can be considered with demonstrated hospitalist experience.
  • Ability to manage ICU patients without intensivist backup.
  • Active WA license

Flexible Scheduling

  • Flexible PRN scheduling is available.

Living and Working in Washington

  • Moses Lake is just an hour and a half from Spokane, making it a reasonable commute for supplemental income.
  • Candidates from Seattle may be entertained, though travel is not paid for W2 PRN.

Rewards and Compensation

  • Shift rates between $1800-2200 depending on shifts
  • Paid malpractice

  • Single-site Leadership: Step into leadership at the practice level as an Associate Medical Director or Medical Director. In these roles, you’ll guide clinical teams, collaborate with hospital partners, and ensure operational and clinical excellence at a single site.
  • Multi-site Leadership: Expand your impact by overseeing multiple practices as a System Medical Director, Regional Medical Director, or Regional Chief Medical Officer. These roles involve strategic leadership, mentoring physician leaders, and driving performance across a region.
