Hospital Medicine Physician (Nocturnist)

About the role

Bring better to the bedside in Jacksonville, FL. In this role, you’ll combine clinical skill with purpose, delivering patient-centered care and driving performance in a supportive environment. You’ll have the autonomy to lead and the resources to grow—while making a difference for patients and families every day.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex cases in a closed ICU, with intensivist coverage during the day and night.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent care without the expectation of doing procedures or running codes.
• Collaborate with case management, nursing, and pharmacy to improve patient outcomes and streamline care.

Requirements

• Board certification or eligibility in internal medicine.
• Valid Florida medical license (or ability to obtain).
• Experience in a hospitalist or inpatient setting is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Benefits
