The Incontinence Relief System (IRS) has been successfully trialed at a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) Hospital, leading to its adoption across the hospital's existing ConvaTec FMS products and KCI Low Air Loss Mattresses.
Responsibilities
- Market the IRS to ICU's, LTAC Hospitals, General Hospitals, Extended Care, VA Hospitals, and Home Health markets.
- Identify and contact decision-makers within hospitals and extended care facilities.
- Provide training on the IRS, including product demonstrations and mini mattresses.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction with the IRS.
- Utilize the IRS as a zero-pressure mattress in the buttock area, either alone or with a sheet and covered plug.
- Highlight the IRS's prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers, as well as its cost-effectiveness compared to other systems.
- Offer the IRS in three sales options: purchase, rent, and rent-to-own.
Qualifications
- Experience in selling medical devices or similar products.
- Contact with decision-makers in hospitals and extended care facilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate the IRS effectively.
