Hospital Housekeeper

About the Role

As a Housekeeping Technician at Las Palmas Medical Center, you will perform a variety of duties for the cleaning and maintenance of the hospital, providing the highest quality of service to patients and visitors at all times.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily cleaning of patient rooms, discharge rooms, offices, non-patient rooms, bathrooms, and public areas using required cleaning processes.
• Clean and sanitize assigned areas using required procedures.
• Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers and proactively meet needs.
• Restock supplies in restrooms, patient rooms, cleaning carts, and supply closets.
• Respond to special clean-up requests and accidental spills as they arise.
• Clean rooms within the required timeline as patients are discharged.
• Maintain, set up, and operate all cleaning equipment.
• Set up auditoriums and rooms, move furniture, supplies, and equipment.
• Communicate with hospital team members and supervisors.

Requirements

• Previous hospital cleaning experience preferred.
