Hospital Facilitator - Holyoke - Full Time

About the role

The Hospital Facilitator serves as an integral part of the CAS Operations Team and is responsible for ensuring that each patient receives the appropriate level of care (ALS, BLS, Chair Car) response, and on time arrival to the patient. Serves as a liaison between Field Operations, Communications and Revenue Cycle to ensure seamless coordination of transportation for all assigned divisions. Interacting with hospital and other facility staff to enhance and streamline the on-time performance of CAS services.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination of Transportation including greeting and directing crews to the hospital floors.
• Primary point of contact for Hospital or Facility Case Management Department for routine requests as well as special patient needs/requests.
• Ensures that CAS provides superior customer service to Hospitals and Facilities at all times.
• Interacts in a timely manner with CAS Communications to prioritize requests for Critical Care, ALS, BLS and Chair Car transports
