About the role

This position oversees Plant Operations, Maintenance, Environmental Services, Safety, and Security activities within established standards, PAM Health policies, and budgetary limitations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Plant Operations, Maintenance, Environmental Services, Safety, and Security activities.
• Conduct inspections and maintain the facility and equipment to ensure compliance with the Environment of Care, Life Safety Code, and interim Life Safety Code.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Community electrical maintenance license if required.
• Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) certification desired.
• Minimum of five years of related experience.
• Hospital maintenance experience.
• Familiarity with JACHO, NFPA, and OSHA regulations.
