About the role
New inpatient rehab hospital opening this winter. Responsible for proper preparation of patient and cafeteria food service as required by local, state, and federal standards. Must adhere to sanitation policies as also required by local, state, and federal standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare patient and cafeteria food service in compliance with local, state, and federal standards
- Maintain sanitation policies per local, state, and federal requirements
- Follow recipes and plan menus
Requirements
- High school education or GED preferred
- Ability to read and write English to follow recipes and plan menus
- Five years commercial food preparation experience desired
