Responsibilities

• Prepare patient and cafeteria food service in accordance with local, state, and federal standards.
• Adhere to sanitation policies required by local, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred; ability to read and write English to follow recipes and plan menus.
• Five years of commercial food preparation experience desired.
