Responsibilities
- Proper preparation of patient and cafeteria food service in compliance with local, state, and federal standards.
- Adhere to sanitation policies as required by local, state, and federal regulations.
Requirements
- High School education or GED preferred.
- Ability to read and write English to follow recipes and plan menus.
- Five years of commercial food preparation experience desired.
- Hospital experience is highly preferred.
