Responsibilities
- Proper preparation of patient and cafeteria food service as required by local, state, and federal standards
- Adhere to sanitation policies as required by local, state, and federal standards
Requirements
- High school education or GED preferred
- Ability to read and write English to follow recipes and plan menus
- Five years of commercial food preparation experience desired
- Hospital experience highly preferred
