About the Role

Heartstrings Pet Hospice is hiring an In-Home Hospice and Euthanasia Veterinarian to serve pet families across Riverside, Moreno Valley, Jurupa Valley & Calimesa, California. This is a mobile practice with no waiting room, no double-booked columns, and no corporate production dashboard—just you, a family who loves their pet, and the time to do it right. We are a privately held, family-owned and doctor-led practice, and we do not use non-compete contracts of any kind.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Provide in-home hospice and euthanasia services to pet families across the designated service area
• Maintain professional communication with the team and families while managing a mobile practice independently
• Exude compassion, dignity, and respect to all
• Maintain professional communication to team and families

Requirements

• DVM, VMD, or BVMS degree
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work independently in a mobile environment
• Weekend availability (rotational)
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs unassisted
