Responsibilities
- Assesses patient needs and develops care plans
- Administers medications and treatments as prescribed
- Supports emotional and spiritual needs of patients and families
- Maintains accurate records and reports
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Current license to practice in state
- Experience in hospice or palliative care preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for providing end-of-life care
- Knowledge of hospice and palliative care principles
- Proficiency in medical terminology and procedures
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
