Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs and develops care plans
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed
• Supports emotional and spiritual needs of patients and families
• Maintains accurate records and reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Current license to practice in state
• Experience in hospice or palliative care preferred
