Hospice RN Patient Care Manager

Primary Responsibilities

• Complies with hospice policies and procedures and with local, state, and federal regulatory requirements
• Directs assigned team regarding quality of care and safety of patients and staff
• Engages in thorough problem resolution and complaint investigation
• Provides in-services to staff to promote the health and safety of the patient, to familiarize staff with regulatory issues and agency policy and procedures, and to address any identified educational needs

Required Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN licensure in state of practice
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
• Current CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire
• 4+ years full-time experience as an RN or equivalent
• 1+ years of clinical experience
• Able to work independently
• Good communication, writing, and organizational skills

Pay and Benefits

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

The salary for this role will range from $82,004 to $123,006 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
