Hospice RN On Call Weekends

About the role

The Hospice RN On Call position at Anderson, Indiana requires weekend coverage. This role is full-time and hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients and families during weekends
• Coordinate with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Current RN license in good standing
• At least 1 year of hospice or palliative care experience
• Experience with end-of-life care and bereavement counseling

Qualifications

• Proficient in computer systems and software
