About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The professional nurse plans, organizes, and directs hospice care services and is experienced in nursing, with an emphasis on community health education/experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Plan, organize, and direct hospice care services.
  • Build from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.

Requirements

  • Valid Indiana Registered Nurse License (RN).
  • Previous hospice or long-term care experience preferred.
