Key Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical operations within the hospice program
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure quality care is delivered in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements
- Conduct patient admissions and visits as necessary
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans
- Ensure compliance with Medicare and insurance requirements
- Provide leadership in expanding hospice services in the community
Requirements
- Valid RN license in the state of Michigan
- Current CPR and TB test certifications
- Experience in hospice care is preferred
- Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus
