What You’ll Do
- Conduct pre-admission evaluations to determine eligibility and appropriateness of care
- Educate patients and families about hospice services with compassion and clarity
- Obtain informed consent and initiate the admission process
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Deliver interventions that maximize comfort, dignity, and quality of life
What You Bring
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
- CPR certification
- Hospice experience (preferred, not required)
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
- Caregiving communication skills with patients, families, and care teams
- Understanding of quality assurance and patient care standards
