At Agrace we are strengthened by the unique experiences, cultures and traditions of our staff, patients and clients. Together, we pursue a vision in which every Agrace staff member is treated fairly, and every patient and client experiences the respectful, individualized care they need and deserve. We foster a culture of belonging that celebrates people’s uniqueness and leads to meaningful, empathetic connections. Then EEO boilerplate etc. We need sections: About the role (maybe the intro paragraph about making a difference?), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Schedule, Pay? Pay is mentioned in Benefits: "Competitive pay with free parking". That's pay info. Should we create a Pay section? The rule: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. Pay: "Competitive pay with free parking" is specific enough? It's not a number but it's mention of competitive pay. Might be considered specific enough. However we also have Benefits section that includes pay and other benefits. Could combine Pay into Benefits? The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we combine Pay and Benefits into one Benefits section. But they listed Benefits as separate possible heading. Since we have benefits details, we can make a Benefits section that includes pay, insurance, retirement, PTO, onboarding. That covers pay. Schedule: we have location line includes shift details: Full-time 1.0 FTE (40HRs/week) | Day Shift | Monday-Friday | 8:00AM-4:30PM Includes weekend rotation (every 3rd), and holiday (2/year) rotations. That's schedule info. So we can have a Schedule section. About the role: we have introductory paragraph: "Make a lasting impact with Agrace Join Agrace, a nationally recognized nonprofit leader in hospice and palliative care. If you are looking for a role that helps support meaningful, patient-centered care, this is your opportunity to make a difference!" plus maybe "How You’ll Make a Difference (Essential Functions) The Resource Team Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the homecare and resource clinical teams. Responsibilities include scheduling of staff and reviewing staff time sheets; coordinating and facilitating department meetings; and ensuring fulfillment of agency regulatory requirements." That could be About the role. Responsibilities: we have detailed list under Key Responsibilities etc. We'll put that. Qualifications: "You Bring (Qualifications)" list. Skills: maybe we could separate skills from qualifications? The qualifications list includes skills like communication, organization, etc. Could treat as Qualifications. Skills section maybe not needed if we already have Qualifications. But we could split: Qualifications (education/experience) and Skills (specific abilities). However posting doesn't separate; it's all under You Bring (Qualifications). So we can just have Qualifications section. We should not repeat job title. No headings for Job ID. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. We'll produce sections:

About the role

Schedule

... schedule details

We need to preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to break responsibilities into list items preserving details. Let's extract responsibilities text: From "Key Responsibilities Staff Scheduling and Timekeeping:Coordinate staffing to meet patient needsBuild new hire schedule templatesProcess employee timesheets in timekeeping software; review and track online staff punches and time sheet entries; report discrepancies to Resource Manager Track staff schedules, update appropriate calendars and templatesAssist Resource Manager with PTO requests, approvals, and denialsReport staff scheduling concerns to Resource Manager Administrative Support:Coordinate general meetings, including scheduling, sending invitations, preparing materials and agendas, reserving rooms, assisting with technology, taking and distributing meeting notes, etc. Generate and distribute team correspondence Triage calls to and from clinical staff; relay messages and troubleshoot Run reports at required intervals Hospice Admission paperwork corrections and remote administrative support Other Duties:Complete new hire preparatory duties Participate in internal work groups, meetings and committees relative to position responsibilities. Ensure compliance with Agrace policies and protocols, state, federal, and other regulations. The above are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned." We need to split into sensible list items. Could break by major categories: Staff Scheduling and Timekeeping, Administrative Support, Other Duties. But we need to preserve details; we can create list items for each bullet-like phrase. Let's parse: Staff Scheduling and Timekeeping: - Coordinate staffing to meet patient needs - Build new hire schedule templates - Process employee timesheets in timekeeping software; review and track online staff punches and time sheet entries; report discrepancies to Resource Manager - Track staff schedules, update appropriate calendars and templates - Assist Resource Manager with PTO requests, approvals, and denials - Report staff scheduling concerns to Resource Manager Administrative Support: - Coordinate general meetings, including scheduling, sending invitations, preparing materials and agendas, reserving rooms, assisting with technology, taking and distributing meeting notes, etc. - Generate and distribute team correspondence - Triage calls to and from clinical staff; relay messages and troubleshoot - Run reports at required intervals - Hospice Admission paperwork corrections and remote administrative support Other Duties: - Complete new hire preparatory duties - Participate in internal work groups, meetings and committees relative to position responsibilities - Ensure compliance with Agrace policies and protocols, state, federal, and other regulations Also note "The above are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned." That's boilerplate; we should remove as per instruction: remove duplicated lines, boilerplate. That sentence is generic; we can drop it. Now Qualifications list: "You Bring (Qualifications) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to organize, prioritize, maintain flexibility, and manage a complex workload with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with others Ability to maintain professional boundaries with patients, families and co-workers Ability to maintain confidentiality Intermediate Microsoft Office skillsAbility to use multi-line phone systems, messaging systems, and teleconference systemsIntermediate electronic health records skills" We need to split into list items: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to organize, prioritize, maintain flexibility, and manage a complex workload with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines - Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with others - Ability to maintain professional boundaries with patients, families and co-workers - Ability to maintain confidentiality - Intermediate Microsoft Office skills - Ability to use multi-line phone systems, messaging systems, and teleconference systems - Intermediate electronic health records skills Note there is no punctuation between some; we split. Benefits: "Benefits Competitive pay with free parkingHealth, dental, and vision insurance for employees who are hired for 28+ hours per week (.7 FTE +)Retirement plans with employer matchingGenerous Paid Time Off (PTO) and holiday paid time offComprehensive onboarding, mentorship, and career development" Split: - Competitive pay with free parking - Health, dental, and vision insurance for employees who are hired for 28+ hours per week (.7 FTE +) - Retirement plans with employer matching - Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and holiday paid time off - Comprehensive onboarding, mentorship, and career development Schedule: From location line: "Location: Madison, WI (Role is Hybrid eligible) Full-time 1.0 FTE (40HRs/week) | Day Shift | Monday-Friday | 8:00AM-4:30PM Includes weekend rotation (every 3rd), and holiday (2/year) rotations" We need to preserve all substantive info. We'll output a paragraph:

Location: Madison, WI (Role is Hybrid eligible). Full-time 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week). Day shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Includes weekend rotation (every 3rd week) and holiday rotation (2 times per year).

We might also mention hybrid eligible. About the role: combine intro and How You’ll Make a Difference. Text: "Make a lasting impact with Agrace Join Agrace, a nationally recognized nonprofit leader in hospice and palliative care. If you are looking for a role that helps support meaningful, patient-centered care, this is your opportunity to make a difference! How You’ll Make a Difference (Essential Functions
