Location: Central East Schedule: Saturday - Sunday On-call Key Responsibilities Complete patient assessments & update care plansProvide symptom & pain managementEducate patients/families on care and medicationsCoordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teamDocument timely, accurate clinical notesManage assigned caseload; ensure safe care environmentParticipate in on‑call rotation Requirements Must have: Current RN licenseNLN‑accredited nursing program graduateCPR certificationValid driver’s license & insured vehicle1+ recent year of RN experience or BSNAbility to lift/position patients; frequent standing/walking Preferred 2+ years RN experienceHospice/home health/public health experience Why Join us? Hourly ranges from $45 to $50 visit commensurate with experience and depending on type of visit.
