Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager

About the Role

As a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager, you will enable patients to spend quality time with their loved ones and doing the activities they enjoy. You will build trusting, compassionate relationships with your patients and their families, empower caregivers by educating them on care for their loved one, and collaborate with your care team to provide comfort, peace, and dignity.

Requirements

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse (hospice experience preferred)
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification

Pay

Estimated compensation range: $37.30 - $47.96 per hour. Actual compensation will vary by geographic location and experience. Pay range: $31.97 - $53.29 per hour.
