Responsibilities

• Monitor medication compliance and provide necessary education for injection administration.
• Ensure dietary compliance and manage intravenous nutrition for patients.
• Provide instruction on the use of inhalers, aerosol machines, and oxygen therapy equipment.
• Offer post-operative care and monitor patients for signs of cardiac issues.
• Conduct dressing changes, apply wound vac therapy, and assess wound healing processes.
• Inform patients about various diseases and their management strategies.
• Care for infants and children with specialized medical needs, including PICC care, tracheostomy care, chemotherapy, and more.

Qualifications

To succeed in these roles, candidates should possess relevant certifications, licenses, and experience in home health care. Specific requirements vary by position but typically include a background in nursing, healthcare, or a related field.
