Who We're Seeking

We're seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Hospice Care team. You will provide compassionate end-of-life care, deliver expert pain and symptom management, and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team, local physicians, and community providers to optimize the quality of life for patients.

Requirements

  • Vermont Licensed RN with a passion for hospice and palliative care.
  • Minimum of two years clinical med-surg and acute care nursing experience required.
  • Minimum of one year of Hospice experience required.
  • Home care experience and/or previous case management experience preferred.
  • Valid VT driver’s license and reliable vehicle with automobile insurance is essential for home visits.
