Hospice On-Call Registered Nurse RN

About the role

Provides compassionate care to patients and families in their homes. Assists with daily living activities, medication management, and emotional support.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs and develops care plans
• Administers medications as prescribed
• Provides companionship and emotional support
• Coordinates with healthcare providers and family members
• Ensures compliance with hospice policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in home health care or hospice preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel within assigned service area
