Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients facing life-limiting illnesses, fostering a collaborative environment with family members and caregivers.
• Address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and their loved ones with compassion, dignity, and respect.
• Work closely with hospice and palliative care teams to ensure seamless patient care coordination.

Requirements

• Current ARNP license and/or ability to activate in the state in which you will be working.
• Active CPR certification.
• Hospice or palliative care experience.
• Two (2) years of verifiable experience working as a nurse (ARNP/RN/LPN), Hospice experience preferred.
• Home access to the internet.
