We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if content present. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content. The posting includes Overview (role description), Essential Functions (clinical management, collaboration & communication, documentation & compliance) -> these are responsibilities. Then "About You" includes Education/Experience, Licenses..., Specialized Knowledge And Skills, Personal Traits... These are qualifications/requirements/skills. Then "We Offer Benefits..." includes benefits. Pay? Not mentioned explicitly; only "Competitive Pay" listed under benefits bullet. So we have Pay info: "Competitive Pay". Should we create a Pay section? The rule: only create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections if posting actually states them. It states "Competitive Pay" as a bullet under benefits. So we could include Pay section with that detail. Schedule? Not mentioned. So no Schedule section. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. No Job ID heading. We need to remove boilerplate: Legalese, EEO, etc. Also remove "Join our hospice team Play a vital role..." maybe that's marketing but could be considered part of overview? It's not essential; but we can keep if it's substantive? It's a call to action; maybe considered boilerplate? It's not legalese but could be considered promotional. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "Join our hospice team..." is not exactly those; it's more of a tagline. Might keep as part of overview? But we already have overview. Could incorporate into overview paragraph. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like responsibilities list, requirements, etc. We'll structure:

About the role

Overview paragraph combining the overview and maybe the tagline.

Responsibilities

  • ...
  • ... list each essential function bullet. We need to break down essential functions into list items. The essential functions have headings: Clinical Management, Collaboration & Communication, Documentation & Compliance. Under each there are sentences. We could make each sentence a list item, or group under subheadings? But we only allowed

for section headings; we could keep subheadings as plain text? Not specified. Probably better to just list each duty as
  • . We'll preserve all details. Then

    Requirements

maybe combine Education/Experience and Licenses etc. Or separate Qualifications and Skills. The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have Requirements, Qualifications, Skills separate. We need to decide what goes where. "About You" includes Education/Experience, Licenses..., Specialized Knowledge And Skills, Personal Traits... So we could map: - Requirements: Education/Experience, Licenses..., maybe also "Current RN license..." etc. - Qualifications: maybe Specialized Knowledge And Skills? Or Skills. - Skills: maybe Personal Traits? Hmm. Better: Use Requirements for mandatory prerequisites (education, experience, licenses). Use Qualifications for preferred qualifications (experience in hospice etc). Use Skills for specialized knowledge and personal traits. Let's parse: Education/Experience: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher from an accredited program. Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Minimum of two years of Nurse Practitioner experience preferred. Experience in hospice, palliative care, oncology, geriatrics, family/adult medicine, home health, or acute care preferred. Experience with Part B billing preferred. Licenses, Certifications And/or Registration: Current RN license and Nurse Practitioner license/certification in state of practice. National NP certification (ANCC or AANP). Collaborative Practice Agreement with supervising internal physician or Proof of Independent Practice Authority in accordance with state regulations. Controlled Substance Agreement, if applicable. DEA registration and prescriptive authority in accordance with state regulations. Current CPR certification. ACHPN certification preferred. Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance. Specialized Knowledge And Skills: Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills across palliative and hospice populations. In-depth understanding of palliative care principles, hospice philosophy, home health eligibility, and end-of-life care. Working knowledge of LCD criteria, Medicare/Medicaid regulations, coding/billing, and documentation requirements. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Knowledgeable of Hospice & Palliative Quality Measures collection, documentation, reporting, and the QAPI process. Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Compassionate, emotionally intelligent, and sensitive to the needs of patients and families. Proficient in point-of-care technology and electronic medical records. Willingness and ability to maintain productivity and documentation standards in alignment with organizational expectations. Personal Traits, Qualities And Aptitudes: Sensitivity to the impact of life and death issues faced by individuals with terminal illness; tact in dealing with these patients and their families. Ability to support others at a time of crisis. Must demonstrate flexibility by performing various tasks, often changing from one to another of a different nature without loss of efficiency or composure. Communicate effectively with people of all socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. Demonstrate maturity, cooperation, flexibility, and tact when dealing with co-workers and all members of the hospice team. Is compliant with OSHA, State Board of Nursing and Federal Regulations related to Hospice Conditions of Participation. We could treat Personal Traits as Skills as well. Simplify: Have Requirements (education/experience/licenses). Have Qualifications (preferred experience etc). Have Skills (specialized knowledge and personal traits). Or combine. Given the instruction to prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones, maybe combine Requirements and Qualifications into one "Requirements" section, and Skills into another. But we have headings list includes Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We could use all three if content is substantive. Let's allocate: - Requirements: Education/Experience (must have) + Licenses/Certifications (must have). (These are mandatory.) - Qualifications: Preferred experience (hospice, palliative, etc.) + Experience with Part B billing preferred + ACHPN certification preferred. - Skills: Specialized Knowledge And Skills + Personal Traits. We'll keep Benefits section: list benefits. Pay section: "Competitive Pay" maybe as a

under Pay. We'll not include Schedule. Now produce HTML. Need to ensure no duplicate lines. We'll write concise but preserve all info. Let's draft.
