Provides specialized nursing and supportive care to terminally ill patients and their families, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered treatment in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities Include Assessing patient and family needs and developing individualized care plans Administering nursing interventions and evaluating responses Educating patients and families on care protocols and infection control Documenting care accurately and participating in quality improvement initiatives Supervising care staff and managing the patient environment Supporting patients and families at the time of death Qualifications And Skills ADN or BSN from an accredited institution Minimum of two years nursing experience or equivalent Current MD registered nursing license Knowledge of infection control, excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills Proficiency with EMR systems or ability to learn Physical And Working Conditions Ability to stand, walk, lift, and position patients for extended periods Capable of working in environments with noise, dust, and exposure to communicable diseases Core Values Respect, Excellence, Accountability, Teamwork, Ethical Behavior, and Results, guiding professional conduct and patient care.
