About the role
The Nurse Aide provides care according to patient needs as directed by the clinician. They assist in patient care by anticipating patient and family needs proactively and collaborate with other healthcare team members to enhance the provision of patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide care based on patient needs as directed by the clinician.
- Assist in patient care by anticipating patient and family needs in a proactive manner.
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to improve patient care delivery.
Requirements
- Less than 1 year of applicable experience.
- Basic Life Support certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
- Certified Nurse Assistant certification (various issuers).
- Valid Driver’s License (various states).
- Family Care Safety Registry (Missouri Department of Health & Senior Services).
Qualifications
- CNA Kansas certification (required in Kansas).
- HHA Kansas certification (required in Kansas).
