Hospice LPN - Community Loving Care Hospice

Primary Responsibilities

• Performs skilled nursing services under the supervision of a staff RN daily
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments as permitted by state regulations
• Assists the physician and/or staff RN in performing specialized procedures as needed
• Assists the patient with daily activities and encourages appropriate self-care daily
• Reports to the patient's physician and other appropriate personnel regarding pertinent changes in the patient's condition as needed
• Performs complex wound care if in-service is documented for specific procedure daily or as needed

Required Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted LPN licensure in state of practice
• Currrent CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire
• Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Hospice experience

Pay

The hourly pay for this role will range from $23.95 to $35.85 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
