We are a well‑established hospice company with five offices across Missouri, serving over 65 counties. We are currently seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team in Ozark, MO.
Responsibilities
- Assist the patient, family, and caregiver in coping with issues related to death and dying.
- Perform head‑to‑toe assessments and vital sign checks on all assigned patients each day.
- Provide personal care such as bathing and dressing as needed.
- Communicate effectively with all hospice staff and provide support as required.
- Deliver nursing care, symptom management, and emotional support to patients, families, and caregivers.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
Qualifications
- Current Missouri LPN license.
- Residence within a commutable distance to the Ozark office.
- Reliable transportation and car insurance.
- Experience preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
