As An Overnight Hospice LPN, You Will Provide
- Compassionate overnight hospice and end-of-life nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and nursing notes
- Monitor vital signs and patient condition throughout the night
- Respond quickly to changes in patient status and communicate with the healthcare team
- Support patient comfort, pain management, and emotional well-being
- Aid families and caregivers with overnight support and reassurance
- Help create a calm, safe, and comforting environment for hospice clients
Eligibility Requirements
- Valid LPN License and IV Certification
- Valid ID
- Experience in hospice, home health, or overnight nursing preferred
- Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements
