Join our hospice team as a Full-Time Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families during their most important journey. We’re seeking a compassionate, reliable, and skilled LNA to provide hands-on care, emotional support, and comfort in patients' homes.

Requirements
- VT LNA license
- One year of experience, preferably in a home health setting
- Valid VT driver's license
- Reliable vehicle with automobile insurance
