Hospice Liaison

You shouldn't have to apologize to referral sources for the hospice you represent. Hospice Care Consultant (HCC) role — company car included. Uncapped commission with top performers earning $200K+. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and healthcare professionals
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory
• Represent Moments Hospice in a professional manner, ensuring quality care and service to patients and families
• Manage and close referrals, working closely with clinical and operations teams to provide comprehensive care
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare or hospice sales, or a related field
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about providing compassionate end-of-life care
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some college or vocational training preferred
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
