Hospice Internal Travel Registered Nurse

About the role

Hospice Home Care is seeking a compassionate, adaptable Internal Travel RN to join our team in Little Rock, AR. Our Internal Travel RNs provide short-term coverage to ensure continuity of care and clinical support across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient locations to deliver safe, timely, and skilled nursing care
• Provide compassionate care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
• Assess patients and update care plans to support optimal outcomes
• Administer and monitor medications as prescribed by physicians
• Supervise LPNs and Home Health Aides as needed
• Communicate patient status changes to physicians and supervisors promptly
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in state of operation
• Current, unrestricted RN registration and license in all assignment states required
• One year nursing experience required, 3+ years preferred
• Experience in hospice or a similar setting preferred

• Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
