About the Role

The Hospice Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) provides compassionate, patient-centered end-of-life care in an inpatient setting. This role focuses on managing comprehensive care plans that address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and dignified care.

Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive care plans addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients.
• Administer medications and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, dignified care.
• Support families through education and emotional guidance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.

Requirements

• Valid RN license.
• Preferred experience in hospice or related settings.
