Hospice Home Health Aide (HHA)

We provide high-quality care in the comfort of our clients' homes and facilities, and we need compassionate individuals to help us continue our mission.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide support services under the supervision of our patient care managers
• Deliver personal care, including bathing, grooming, and assistance with daily living activities
• Mets safety needs of patient and uses equipment safely and properly (foot stools, side rails, etc.)
• Assist patients and their families in achieving physical and emotional comfort as outlined in the patient's care plan
• Light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders
• Assist with mobility

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to follow instructions and established routines
• Customer service-oriented attitude
• 1+ years of hospice or home health experience is preferred
• HHA certified (training may be available)
• CNA certified
• Current CPR certification preferred
• Valid Oklahoma driver’s license
• Reliable transportation and agency-required auto liability insurance
