Hospice Home Health Aide - Full Time

Role: Hospice Home Health Aide providing personal care and emotional support to seniors/clients in their homes or facilities. Responsibilities: Assist with activities of daily living, therapeutic care, monitor equipment use, observe and report condition changes, document care, and support emotional well-being. Provide transportation between client homes, adapt to environmental conditions, and respond to emergencies including performing CPR when necessary. Ensure compliance with care plans, policies, and patient rights. Qualifications & Skills Must speak, read, write, and understand English, including medical terminology.Ability to drive, gain access to homes, and perform physical tasks, lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 pounds.High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; 6 months caregiving experience preferred.Current CNA certification in good standing, CPR certification, valid driver’s license, and up-to-date vaccinations required.Strong communication, physical agility, and observation skills essential.
