About the role
Working within a model of “Safe Patient Family Centered Care”, the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is an integral part of our Health Care team!
Responsibilities
- Performs in-home care tasks required to help maintain and restore the physical, social, and emotional health of patients.
Requirements
- Current applicable state license as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
- Valid Driver’s license with vehicle available for work covered by liability insurance as specified by agency policy required.
- Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
- One year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide preferred.
