Responsibilities

• Provide social interaction, emotional support, and friendship to hospice patients as a companionship volunteer.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and automotive insurance, if traveling to make patient visits.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Volunteers are not paid employees and do not receive compensation for their time.
• Currently assisting individuals in the Chicago Western Suburbs.
