Hospice Community Representative

Job Summary

The Community Representative will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining positive relationships in the communities we serve with the intent to educate referral sources and the public about the services Care Initiatives Hospice provides.

Join Care Initiatives Hospice as a Community Representative, where you'll provide comprehensive care that truly matters. Our Community Representatives go above and beyond by meeting patients and families where they feel most comfortable, ensuring tailored care that meets their unique needs.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout the territory making sales calls to accounts according to a strategic action plan and routing schedule
• Learn about our customers' needs and collaborate to discover the best way to meet them
• Keep the hospice care team involved and motivated to grow as a team through excellent patient-focused care and outstanding customer service
• Provide education to the general public by seeking out speaking opportunities and various events such as fairs and expos

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field, preferred
• Hospice or palliative care experience, preferred
• Experience initiating and developing professional business relationships, preferred
• Current driver's license, automobile liability insurance, and the ability to travel between multiple locations within your region
